The SCS Ambassadors are sponsoring a service project for
Nancy’s Place
Nancy’s Place is part of Covenant House. It is a transitional facility for young, homeless adults aged 18-21, many of whom have mental health issues like depression and anxiety. These issues are often the result of living on the streets or with abusive families. The facility provides a safe, caring environment with round the clock care to help these young men and women transition into independent lives.
To promote service and charity, all students should complete one chore for their parents and we are asking that parents pay their children $3.00 for the chore. We are then asking that the children donate that $3.00 to Nancy’s place.
All participating student will earn a NUD if they complete the chore by May 18th and hand in the form and money.
Once the chore is completed, please fill out the form below and return it with the $3.00 in an envelope marked Nancy’s Place.
