Emerging Young Art Talent at SCS!
Students in Mrs. Chevon Hopkinsā elective art class got experience in mold making, armature building and creating sculpture in the round with paper. Sculpture heads were made using newspaper with a paper-mache hardening mixture to create a clay-like consistency. The students had many “ahaā moments while creating their sculptures and were excited about their finished products.
