Students in Grade 6 were invited to participate in the annual UNICO sponsored essay contest on Christopher Columbus. They researched his life and his contributions, and compared his achievements to those of our time. Robbie P. was chosen as the winner from St. Catherine of Siena School. He received his award of $100 at a ceremony at the Cedar Grove Library on October 14, 2015. His essay is on display at the library throughout the month of October.
