Saint Catherine of Siena School is proud to announce the recipient of the first “Outstanding Catholic School Graduate for 2016″. The inaugural event was held Saturday, April 30, 2016 in the Sacred Heart Chapel atthe Archdiocesan Youth Retreat Center in Kearny, New Jersey.
SCS student, Nicolas S., and forty eight other outstanding eighth grade students from Essex, Hudson and Union Counties were honored, not only for their outstanding Academic achievements, but also, for their leadership roles in living out the Gospel message as reflected in Catholic School life. A student at SCS since preschool, Nicolas maintains an “A” average and is an enthusiastic role model for other students. We wish him continued success as he attends Seton Hall Preparatory School in September 2016 pursuing his Catholic education as a disciple of Christ.
